连续滴定法快速测定铜电解液的酸度和铜

摘要 电解液的酸度和铜通常分别测定,不仅耗时,且操作繁琐。实验采用氢氧化钠标准溶液和硫代硫酸钠标准溶液连续滴定法实现了铜电解液的酸度和铜的快速分析测定。以甲基橙作为指示剂,氢氧化钠测定酸度;测定完酸度的试液中加入2 m L氟化氢铵饱和溶液掩蔽铁,碘量法测定铜。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0. 12%~0. 61%,加入标准物质回收率为100. 3%~100. 5%,准确度和精密度良好,且方法耗时短、操作简单,适合铜电解液的酸度和铜的测定。 The acidity of electrolyte and copper are often determined separately,which is a time-consuming and complicated operation process.The experiment realized rapid determination of copper electrolyte acidity and copper by continuous titration with standard sodium hydroxide and thiosulfate solution.The acidity is determined using sodium hydroxide with methyl orange as indicator.The iron hidden in the solution after acidity determination by adding 2 mL saturated NH 4HF 2 and the copper is determined by iodometry.The RSD of the determination method is 0.12%-0.61%.The recovery rate of the reference material is 100.3%-100.5%.The method is precise and accurate,ra-pid in determination and simple in operation,well-suited to determination of copper electrolyte acidity and copper.
