摘要
为监测学校"现代班组长型"人才培养效果,对毕业五年以上的三届学生进行职业发展追踪调查,通过对调查数据的统计分析,从行业分布、职位晋升、职业能力、课程教学和母校评价等多个维度分析学校人才培养情况,发现人才培养目标总体达成度较高,但在通识教育、职业素养、团队协作等方面还要进一步提升和完善,毕业生的反馈和建议为学校后续人才培养调整和教学改革提供了重要依据。
To check out the result of training team-leader-like professionals by their school,the authors have done a follow-up survey of the career development of graduates of three previous years who have been working for more than five years.Then they did a statistical analysis of the data collected from five dimensions-graduates’professions,promotions,professional ability,courses once learned and evaluation by their Alma Mater.The analysis shows that,generally speaking,the training objectives have been well achieved.However,graduates’general education,professional quality,and teamwork spirit can be improved.The feedback and suggestions from graduates can provide important references for the adjustment in preparing students and for educational reforms.
