吸烟和网络成瘾大学生的冲动性特征

Impulsive Characteristics of College Students with Smoking and Internet Addiction

目的:观察吸烟或网络成瘾大学生在冲动性特征上的异同。方法:从整群随机抽取的1 049名学生中通过尼古丁依赖量表(FTND)和网络成瘾量表(IAT)筛选出吸烟成瘾组23人、网络成瘾组27人、正常对照组30人,采用Barratt冲动性人格量表、UPPSP冲动行为量表、延迟折扣任务(DDT)及概率折扣任务(PDT)进行冲动性测试,将吸烟与网络成瘾大学生在冲动性特征维度上的得分与对照组进行比较,分析吸烟与网络成瘾者得分与冲动性特征维度的得分之间的关系。结果:吸烟成瘾组、网络成瘾组在注意冲动性、动作冲动性、缺乏耐性及积极紧迫感上得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 001,P <0. 01);吸烟成瘾组在感觉寻求上得分高于正常组,网络成瘾组在消极紧迫感上得分高于吸烟成瘾组和对照组(P <0. 001); FTND得分与感觉寻求正相关(r=0. 266,P <0. 05),IAT得分与注意冲动性、动作冲动性、无计划冲动性、消极紧迫感、缺乏耐性及积极紧迫感成正相关性(r=0. 455、0. 379、0. 232、0. 494、0. 451、0. 362,P <0. 05)。结论:吸烟成瘾和网络成瘾在冲动性特征上存在某些共同性和特殊性。

Objective:To observe the similarities and differences of impulsive characteristics of college students with smoking or internet addiction.Methods:Based on nicotine dependence scale(FTND)and the Internet Addiction Scale(IAT),a total of1049students randomly selected from the whole group were screened from smoking addiction group(n=23),internet addiction group(n=27),and the normal control group(n=30).Impulsive testing was carried out using Barratt impulsive personality table,UPPSP Impulse behavior table,delayed discount task(DDT)and probability discount task(PDT).The variance analysis of these scores in impulsive characteristics between college students with smoking or Internet addiction and control students were used to determine the association of the scores of impulsive characteristics with FTND scores or IAT scores.Results:In the smoking addiction group and the internet addiction group,the scores of attention impulsivity,action impulsivity,lack of patience and positive sense of urgency were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001and P<0.01);The smoking addiction group scored higher on the sensation seeking than the normal group,and the internet addiction group remarkably scored higher on the negative urgency than the smoking addiction group and the control group(P<0.001);FTND scores were positively correlated with sensation seeking(r=0.266,P<0.05),and IAT scores were positively correlated with attention impulsivity,action impulsivity,unplanned impulsivity,negative sense of urgency,impatience and positive sense of urgency(r=0.455、0.379、0.232、0.494、0.451、0.362,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some similarities and peculiarities in the impulsive characteristics of smoking addiction and internet addiction.
