超临界CO_2流体萃取东北红豆杉中紫杉醇的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用超临界CO_2萃取法从东北红豆杉中提取紫杉醇,分别考察红豆杉的不同部位、红豆杉的颗粒粒径、萃取压力、萃取时间和萃取温度对紫杉醇萃取率的影响。结果表明:当红豆杉树叶的颗粒粒径为100目,萃取压力为35MPa,萃取时间为120 min,萃取温度为35℃时,紫杉醇的提取率最高。在最佳提取条件下,10 g东北红豆杉中紫杉醇的平均提取量为3.28 mg,平均提取率为96.2%。超临界CO_2萃取法拥有无刺激性气味,操作简单安全,提取率高,保护环境的特点,工业应用前景广泛。 Taxol was extracted from taxus cuspidata by supercritical CO2.The effects of different parts of taxus cuspidata,particle size of taxus cuspidata,extraction pressure,extraction time,and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of taxol were investigated.The results show that the extraction rate of taxol is the highest when the particle size of taxus cuspidata leaves is100meshes,the extraction pressure is35MPa,the extraction time is120min,and the extraction temperature is35℃.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the average extraction amount of taxol from taxus cuspidata is3.28mg,and the average extraction rate is96.2%.The supercritical CO2extraction method has the advantages of no irritant odor,simple and safe operation,high extraction rate and environmental protection.The prospect of industrial application is wide.
