双阀重组合导向浮阀塔板的流体力学性能 被引量:2

摘要 以空气-水物系为介质,在1 000 mm、内置4块塔板的冷模塔中对双阀重组合导向浮阀塔板进行流体力学性能的研究。在开孔率为8.82%、板间距600 mm、堰高50 mm和3种液流强度的条件下,考察了双阀重组合导向浮阀塔板在24%,54%,62%这3种重阀配比下的压降、雾沫夹带和漏液率,并与全轻阀和F1型浮阀塔板进行对比研究。实验结果表明:与全轻阀组合导向浮阀塔板和F1型浮阀塔板相比,双阀重的塔板的雾沫夹带率和漏液率更小,塔板压降变化不大。其中重阀比例54%的组合导向浮阀塔板的雾沫夹带和漏液性能改善明显,塔板压降增加不大,具有一定的工业价值。此外,绘制重阀比例54%的组合导向浮阀塔的负荷性能图,为其工业应用提供指导。 The hydrodynamic performance of the two-weight combination directed valve tray was studied in a column of diameter1000mm and four trays by using the air-water system.At the conditions of opening ratio8.82%,plate spacing 600mm,weir height 50mm and three kinds of liquid flow rate,the pressure drop,entrainment and weeping of two-weight combination directed valve tray with24%,54%and62%ratios were measured and compared with the all light-weight combination directed valve tray and F1float valve tray.The results show that compared with the all light-weight combination directed valve tray and F1float valve tray,the entrainment and weeping of the two-weight combination directed valve trays are reduced,while the pressure drop has no certain change.The tray with 54%ratio shows substantial reduction on the entrainment and weeping,but the pressure drop increases slowly,which has some certain value in industrial application.In addition,the capacity graph of combination directed valve column with54%ratio is drew to provide guidance for its industrial application.
