“神烽”超细煤粉的成型特性研究

摘要 以"神烽"超细煤粉为原料,研究了超细煤粉冷压成型工艺条件和产品型煤在水中分散效果。实验了黏结剂、黏结剂添加量、水分添加量、成型压力、干燥温度及干燥时间等因素对产品型煤强度的影响,结果表明选择黏结剂S可以实现型煤强度与黏结剂成本的综合优化,在黏结剂S和外加水分添加量分别为原料煤粉质量4%与3%、成型压力10 MPa、干燥温度25℃、干燥时间48 h的条件下,产品型煤的抗压强度最高值达到了3241.1 N/个,对应的落下强度值为98.6%;在此条件下所得型煤在水中分散后的煤粉颗粒与原料超细煤粉具有相近的中位粒径及粒径分布。该工艺简单、成本低廉,型煤产品满足长距离输运和水煤浆增浓的要求,可作为超细煤粉运输的一种新途径。 The briquetting characteristics of“Shen Feng”micro-pulverized coal and the dispersion effect of the product briquettes dissociating in water were systematically studied.The influence of process factors including type of binder,addition amount of binder,addition amount of water,molding pressure,drying temperature and time on the briquettes′compressive intensity was investigated,and the molding experiment demonstrated that the additive S was the preferred binder which could balance the cost of binder and the intensity of briquettes.The ultimate compressive intensity of briquetting products reached 3241.1N/pellet and the corresponding falling strength was98.6%under following conditions:the addition amounts of the additive S and water were 4% and 3% of the coal,respectively;the molding pressure was10MPa;the drying temperature and time were 25℃ and 48h,respectively.The dissociation experiment results indicated the median size and size distribution of the particles dissociating in water from briquette were similar with the micro-pulverized coal.Therefore,the briquetting products can fulfill the demand for long distance transportation and the briquetting products could replace the bagged micro-pulverized coal to be used in concentrating the coal water slurry,and this technology can be used as an alternative solution for micro-pulverized coal transportation for its simple procedure and fine economic efficiency.
