摘要
针对某发动机前端轮系自动张紧器的张紧臂断裂情况,结合激励源、自动张紧器性能等因素,采用Simdrive 3D仿真软件,计算得到不同转速下自动张紧器张紧臂的受力情况,并借助有限元分析,找到了张紧臂断裂原因。根据张紧臂断裂原因,供应商提供了几种自动张紧器改进优化方案。综合考虑自动张紧器结构可靠性、其对前端轮系可靠性的影响等因素,确定了最终的自动张紧器改进优化方案,并通过道路试验及耐久考核试验进行验证。验证结果表明,最终改进方案中的张紧臂满足设计要求。
According to the fracture of the automatic tensioner lever of an engine front-end accessory drive system(FEADS),the force on the tensioner lever at different speeds was investigated by Simdrive3D simulation taking into account of the engine excitation source and the performance of the automatic tensioner.The fracture cause of the tension lever was located with the finite element analysis.The several schemes of improvement and optimization were provided by the outsourcing supplier according to the fracture cause.The final scheme was determined considering the structural reliability and the influence on the reliability of the FEADS system.The field and bench durability tests were conducted,and it was verified that the tensioning arm in the final scheme meets the design requirements.
