摘要
三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯工艺是制造高质量铸件制芯工艺,目前广泛应用于发动机零部件铸件。从三乙胺冷芯盒制芯工艺的特性角度,阐述了三乙胺冷芯盒制芯的精准工艺要求,并根据工艺要求对芯盒设计和冷芯制造工厂设计进行了较为系统的论述,给出了经过实践验证的一些实用工艺参数,供同行参考。
Being a good processing to produce high quality casting core5triethylamine cold core box processing is widely used for making engine component castings.This paper presents the requirements of good triethylamine cold core box processing from the perspective of the characteristics of triethylamine cold core box processing and discusses systemically the designs of core box and core box making factory based on the processing requirements.Meanwhile some proven practical processing parameters are provided as reference for colleagues.
