基于MoldWizard的阻鼾器上牙套注塑模设计

Injection Mold Design of Snore Guard Upper Brace Based on MoldWizard

阻鼾器作为一种医用塑胶制品,对其注塑成型过程提出更高的要求。为提高产品的快速制造水平,分析阻鼾器上牙套零件的结构特点与工作环境,采用交互式CAD/CAM系统UG的注塑模具设计专业模块MoldWizard对产品进行了模具设计。结果表明,采用注塑模向导模块MoldWizard,可有效缩短模具的设计周期,降低模具设计成本,对同类塑胶制品的模具设计具有较好的借鉴意义。

As a medical plastic product,the snore guard puts forward higher requirements for its injection molding process.In order to improve the rapid manufacturing level of the product,the structural features and working environment of the upper brace parts of the snore guard were analyzed.The mold design of the product was designed by using the interactive system CAD/CAM UG injection mold design module MoldWizard.The results show that the use of injection mold wizard module,Moldwizard,can effectively shorten the design period of the mold and reduce the mold design cost,which has a good reference for the mold design of similar plastic products.
