摘要
分析不平衡振动的机理,介绍动平衡方法的基本思路,并针对某厂一台抽汽式汽轮发电机振动较大影响机组安全运行,进行振动测试及诊断。分析认为引起强迫振动的力不是简单的不平衡力,作用在转子上的不平衡力是变化的,所以引起在转速不变的情况下该强迫振动属于非稳态的强迫振动;由于排汽缸温度过高,排汽缸受热膨胀,导致坐落在其上的轴承刚度降低从而导致的非稳态强迫振动,同时发电机转子还存在热态质量不平衡。最后经过反对称加重后,实施动平衡调试,取得良好效果;同时建议在开机时适当地控制暖机时间。
The mechanism of balance vibration was analyzed.The basic idea of the dynamic balance method was introduced,and according to the great vibration of a extraction steam turbine generator which is harmful to the safe operation of the unit,the vibration test and the diagnosis analysis were given.After carrying on dynamic balancing debug,a good effectiveness has been obtained.
