摘要
通过对电梯轿厢门锁组成机构的作用及受力分析,发现电梯轿厢门锁的重要金属材质零件门刀和操纵杆受力较小,因此从现代制造业的等强度设计理念出发,通过校核,门刀可以使用工程塑料制造,操纵杆用?1 mm的细弹簧钢丝取代?8 mm的圆钢,从而大幅降低门刀和操纵杆的原材料成本,这对电梯产品中其他机构组成零件的设计制造具有指导意义。
Through the analysis of the function and force of the structure of elevator car door lock,it was found that the important metal parts of elevator car door lock had less force on the door knife and joystick.Therefore,starting from the concept of equal strength design of modern manufacturing industry,pass the check,the door knife can be made of engineering plastic,the joystick replaces the round steel of8mm with a thin spring wire of1mm,which greatly reduces the raw material cost of the door knife and joystick,which is of guiding significance for the design and manufacture of other parts of the elevator product.
