Study on Vibration Characteristics of Hot Rolling Mill

摘要 针对某厂热连轧机的异常振动现象,通过现场布置传感器测量振动信号并结合有限元仿真技术对轧机进行有限元分析。根据轧机的实际振动情况,分别建立轧机的主传动系统有限元模型和机架的有限元模型,并利用模态分析和谐响应分析来研究轧机的振动机理。通过对仿真结果和现场实测信号进行对比分析,结果显示轧机的主传动系统在52 Hz处扭转振动异常,而机架在103 Hz处垂直振动剧烈。这种结果与实际测量信号中的优势频率相吻合,从而可以确定引起轧制异常振动的频率,为抑振策略的制定提供理论依据。 In view of the abnormal vibration of strip rolling mill in a factory,the vibration signal was measured by sensors on site and the FEM(finite element method)was applied to analyze the rolling mill.According to the actual situation of the rolling mill,the FE model of main drive system and frame of rolling mill were established,the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis was used to study the vibration mechanism of rolling mill.Comparing the simulation results with the measured signal,it is shown that the torsional vibration frequency of main drive system is 52 Hz and the vertical vibration frequency of mill is 103 Hz.The results were coincided with the dominant frequency of measured signal,which can determine the cause of the abnormal vibration frequency of rolling,as well as provided the theoretical basis for vibration elimination.
