摘要
基于户式化系统及被动式概念建筑的需求,提出一种带排风冷凝热回收的高效除湿新风机组。该机组在传统室外风冷冷凝器的基础上,在排风通道内增设一个主冷凝器,用于回收室内排风的能量,避免传统排风热回收方式引起的交叉污染。在制冷工况下,利用室内较低温度的排风来冷凝高温制冷剂,从而降低机组的冷凝温度。在制热工况下,制冷剂吸收室内较高温度的排风热量得以蒸发,从而提高机组的蒸发温度。该排风热回收方式优化了系统的运行环境,不仅可以降低压缩机的能耗,同时也避免了冬季结霜的风险。
Based on the requirement of household system and passive concept building,an efficient dehumidification fresh air unit with exhaust condensation heat recovery was proposed.On the basis of the traditional outdoor air condenser,a main condenser is added in the exhaust passage to recover the energy of indoor exhaust air and avoid cross-contamination caused by the traditional exhaust heat recovery method.Under the refrigeration condition,the exhaust air of lower temperature in the room is used to condense the high temperature refrigerant,so as to reduce the condensation temperature of the unit.Under heating conditions,the exhaust heat of the refrigerant absorption chamber at a higher temperature can be evaporated,thereby increasing the evaporation temperature of the unit.The exhaust heat recovery method optimizes the operating environment of the system,which not only reduces the energy consumption of the compressor,but also avoids the risk of frosting in winter.
