摘要
以自主研制运用于嫁接农场的双转盘式嫁接机为研究对象,根据工况及性能要求,确定整机结构的整体设计方案,运用三维建模软件SolidWorks构建嫁接机整机结构模型,合理简化模型后通过虚拟仿真软件ANSYS Workbench建立整机结构有限元分析模型,重点进行位移及模态分析,得到整机前六阶固有频率及振型。
As the main research object,double-turntable grafting machine was developed and applied to the grafting farm independently.The whole design scheme of the machine structure was determined according to the working conditions and performance requirements.Using SolidWorks to design the whole structure model,and after a reasonable simplification,establishment of finite element analysis model based on ANSYS Workbench.Focus on displacement and modal analysis,and then the natural frequencies and vibration types of the first 6 steps were obtained.
