摘要
针对目前陆地修井作业起下管柱过程中存在流程繁琐、工作强度大、安全隐患高、作业人员老龄化严重等问题,开发了一种管柱一体化处理系统,该系统主要包括动力猫道机、钻台面摆管机械手、二层台自动化排管系统、液压吊卡、铁钻工、司控台、监控系统、气动卡瓦。该系统依附于修井机原有主体设备工作,动力猫道机实现管柱的送甩功能,铁钻工实现管柱的上卸扣功能,钻台面机械手、二层台自动化排管系统、气动卡瓦和液压吊卡配合实现取立柱和排立柱的功能,司控台为系统的控制中心,监控系统实时显示设备的状态。该系统技术可行、测试可靠、自动化程度高,可配合现有的修井机实现修井作业的自动化。
Aiming at the problems of complicated process,high working intensity,high security hidden danger and serious ageing of operators in the process of starting and lowering pipe string in land workover operation,an integrated processing system for pipe string was developed.The system mainly includes power catwalk machine,pipe swinging manipulator on drilling platform,automatic pipe laying system on two-layer platform and hydraulic pressure.Crane,iron driller,console,monitoring system,pneumatic slip.The system is attached to the original main equipment of workover rig.The power catwalk machine realizes the sending and throwing function of the pipe string,the iron driller realizes the up and unloading function of the pipe string,and the drilling table surface manipulator,the automatic pipe drainage system of the second floor platform,the pneumatic slip and the hydraulic lifting card cooperate to realize the function of taking and arranging the column.The control desk is in the control of the system.Heart,monitoring system real-time display equipment status.The system is feasible in technology,reliable in testing and high in automation.It can cooperate with existing workover rigs to realize the automation of workover operation.
