摘要
基于当前减速器组装中对油封和轴承压装的普遍做法及过程能力低下的问题,设计一台压装专机,采用伺服电缸、承重传感器、PLC等精密部件,即时精确检测和控制压装力大小及位置,结合电气互锁实现差品报警,杜绝差品流出,同时将油封和轴套的压装合二为一,提高压装的可靠性和一致性,给压装类专机设计提供参考。
Based on the common practice of oil seal and bearing pressing in the assembly of reducer and the problem of low process capability,a special press-mounting machine was designed.The precise parts such as servo cylinder,load-bearing sensor and PLC were used to detect and control the magnitude and position of pressure accurately in real time.Combining with electrical interlocking,the alarm of poor products was realized,and the flow of poor products was prevented.At the same time,the press-mounting of oil seal and shaft sleeve was combined into one.In order to improve the reliability and consistency of pressing,it provided reference for the design of special press.
