摘要
为了确保矿用空压机能够实时、准确地实现故障保护、异常报警等功能,针对煤矿空压机运行参数,对煤矿空压机远程监测系统方案设计进行研究。采用PLC硬件平台,对整体设计结构、空压机远程监测系统以及监测系统硬件部分进行研究,该研究可为煤矿空压机远程监测系统的研制提供技术支持。
In order to ensure that the mine air compressor can realize fault protection and abnormal alarm in real time and accurately,the design of the remote monitoring system of coal mine air compressor is studied for the operating parameters of coal mine air compressor.The PLC hardware platform was used to study the overall design structure,the air compressor remote monitoring system and the hardware part of the monitoring system.This research can provide technical support for the development of the coal mine air compressor remote monitoring system.
