列车清洗方式优化及清洗效果提升探讨

Discussion on Optimization of Train Cleaning Mode and Promotion of Cleaning Effect

广州地铁各线路车辆段均配置有列车自动清洗机,此设备的主要作用是清除列车在运营过程中车皮外表沾染的灰尘、粉末、油污等污垢,但从多年的生产维护经验来看,清洗机对列车表皮顽固污渍的清洗效果却不理想。清洗效果不佳主要有两种典型表现,一是由于列车无法实现每天清洗,长期留存的污垢引起车体表面发黄,属于陈旧性质,比正常污渍更致密,更难洗除;二是随着列车使用年限的增长,车体漆膜受损,外皮出现失光、粗糙,对污垢吸附力增强,进行机洗后车窗、车体易产生泪痕。根据现有经验知识,对列车清洗方式进行分析,对清洗效果提升的几种可行方式进行探讨。

The main function of the cleaning machine set in Guangzhou Metro Depot is to remove the dirt,powder,oil pollution and other tarnish on the surface of the vehicle after the train operation,but the cleaning effect of the cleaning machine on the train skin is not ideal.There are two typical manifestations of poor cleaning effect.Firstly,because the train can not be cleaned every day,the long retained dirt turns the train surface into yellow spot.Those obstinate stains are more compact than the normal stains,and more difficult to remove.Secondly,with the increase of the service life of the train,the train body paint film is damaged,the outer skin appears to lose light and become rough.So the windows and body are easy to form tear stains after the cleaning.Based on the existing experience and knowledge,the train cleaning methods were analyzed,and several feasible ways to improve the cleaning effect were discussed.
