某型号点火电路测试系统的设计与改进 被引量:2

摘要 针对某型号点火电路的测试项多、测试复杂、原有测试系统测试效率低、测试项不全的问题,介绍了一种测试系统设计方案,能够实现电路的自动测试。该系统包含某型号点火电路的全部电特性参数及部分附加测试项,并根据不同测试项的测试条件与特性,将测试系统分为在线与离线两部分。完成设计并投入使用后,发现其测试效率与测试一致性仍可提高,故对此测试系统进行改进,并完成实物搭建,进一步提高了测试效率,实现了系统固化。某型号点火电路测试系统的设计与改进,为该型号产品的质量提供了保证,并节约了大量的人力物力。 Aiming at the problems of multiple test items,complex test,low test efficiency of the original test system and incomplete test items of a certain ignition circuit,a design scheme of the test system is introduced,which can realize automatic test of the circuit.The system includes all electrical characteristic parameters of a certain ignition circuit and some additional test items.According to the test conditions and characteristics of different test items,the test system is divided into on-line and off-line parts.After the design is completed and put into use,it is found that the test efficiency and test consistency can still be improved.Therefore,the test system is improved and the physical construction is completed,further improving the test efficiency and realizing the system solidification.The design and improvement of a certain ignition circuit test system provides guarantee for the quality of this type of product and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
