摘要
针对军用装备宽频段、高场强精准场强测试系统校准的迫切需求,选用TEM小室法构建了宽频高场强校准系统。首先,采用理论计算和CST软件仿真相结合的方法对TEM小室的尺寸、特性阻抗、电压驻波比、场分布进行了优化设计和修正,解决了TEM小室结构尺寸精确计算、阻抗匹配,芯板及支撑结构设计等关键技术;然后,对系统全频段内的各项性能指标进行了验证。测试结果表明:系统指标优良、稳定,具有宽频段、高场强的特点。
In view of multi-requirements for military equipment such as wide band,high field intensity and calibration of precision testing system,the TEM cell method is applied to construct a system of wide band and high field intensity calibration whose size,characteristic impedance,VSWR and field distribution are optimized and modified by the combination of theoretical calculation and CST software simulation.On this basis such key technical problems as TEM cell size precision calculation,impe-dance matching,core board and support frame design are solved.The performances in the full frequency band of the system are verified.The test results show that the performance index is sound and stable,indicating that the system is characterized by wide band,high field intensity as designed,capable of carrying out the calibration of magnetic field probe.
