基于折射率和温度回归分析的HFC水分含量测量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前使用传统电量法测量水-乙二醇抗燃液压液(HFC)中水分含量时存在耗时长,需要消耗大量试剂,且一般只适合实验室使用等不足,研究了一种HFC水分含量测量的新方法。该方法首先通过实验和回归分析建立了水分含量、折射率、温度三者之间的关系模型;然后,根据该模型通过测量折射率和温度换算得到水分含量;最后,利用实验验证了该测量方法的有效性和准确性。该方法为研制现场式或在线式HFC水分含量仪器提供了理论依据。 A new measurement method is developed in view of the disadvantage existing in the conventional coulometric method for measurement of water content in water glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluids(HFC)that is time-consuming and wasteful of reagents,and is generally only suitable for laboratory use.In the new method the relationship model between water content,refractive index and temperature is established by experiments and regression analysis.On this basis,the water content is calculated by the measured value of refractive index and temperature conversion according to the mo-del.The validity and accuracy of the method are verified by relevant experiments,Which proves that the proposed method provides a theoretical basis for the development of on-site or on-line HFC water content measuring in strument.
