摘要
以某调距桨为研究对象,基于FLUENT数值计算软件,对螺旋桨转速和网格Y+值对敞水性能计算结果的影响进行了探究,并对调距桨不同螺距的敞水曲线进行了计算。结果显示,在J=0.6~1.0时,转速越小,计算值与试验值误差越小,而在大进速系数和小进速系数下,高转速计算结果相对低转速计算结果更趋近于试验结果;网格Y+在160~400范围内,所得敞水性能与试验值符合较好;相同的网格不能满足调距桨不同螺距的计算精度,对于调距桨不同螺距的计算,应该分别进行探讨,从而确定最佳的计算方案。上述结果表明:所提方法对调距桨敞水性能计算中的网络和选取工作有一定的借鉴意义。
A controllable pitch propeller is taken as the study object.The effect of its rotating speed and the mesh Y+on the open water performance calculation result is researched based on FLUENT,and open water curves at different pitches are calculated.The result shows that calculation errors of low rotating speed is small at J=0.6~1.0 while high rotating speed presents well at high J and low J.The open water characteristics matches the experiment results well while the mesh Y+is within the rang of 160~400.However,the same mesh cannot satisfy the calculation precision of different pitches.The paper provides primary discussion on the open water performance of controllable pitch propeller,while more work needs to be done to form systematic method on calculation of CPP.
