摘要
芹菜素是一种天然的存在于多种蔬菜、水果、茶叶和豆类中的黄酮类化合物。芹菜素在多项研究中被证实具有舒张血管、降低血压和血脂、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、对脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护等生物学活性。该文综述了近年来芹菜素抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展,归纳和总结了芹菜素可通过调控细胞周期,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡和自噬、抑制迁移,侵袭和转移、抑制肿瘤血管生成、影响肿瘤细胞的能量代谢、增加放疗和化疗的抗肿瘤作用、抗炎和抗氧化作用、对细胞黏附分子的影响、诱导癌细胞分化、调节肿瘤细胞免疫反应方面在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到抗肿瘤作用。
Apigenin is a natural flavonoid found in a variety of vegetables,fruits,tea and beans.In multiple studies,apigenin has been proved to have biological activity of vasodilating,lowering blood pressure and lipid level,antiinflammation,anti-tumor,antioxidation and protection against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.This paper summarized that apigenin can,by regulating cell cycle,inhibit tumor cell proliferation,promote apoptosis and autophagy,inhibit migration,invasion and metastasis,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,affect energy metabolism of tumor cells,increase the antitumor,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effect of radiotherapy,increase the effects on cell adhesion molecules,induce cancer cell differentiation and regulate tumor cell immune response to play an anti-tumor role in the occurrence and development of tumors.
