基于学生视角看高校教师教学质量影响因素的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 教师教学质量情况直接关乎着学校的发展,而影响高校教师教学的因素十分复杂,要提升学生对教学质量的满意度,必须要全面提取并明晰影响因素的类别,确保克服以往高校学生评教的局限性,力争全面、客观、准确地反映教师课堂教学的质量。以学生测评为视角,通过主成分分析法对高校教师教学质量的影响因素进行剖析,并对各因素进行实证对比分析,旨在提高学生评教信度与效度,最终达成以评促教的结果。 Teachers'teaching quality is directly related to the development of colleges and universities,and the factors affecting college teachers'teaching are very complex.In order to improve students'satisfaction with teaching quality,it is necessary to extract and clarify the categories of influencing factors comprehensively to ensure overcoming the limitations of previous college students'evaluation of teaching and strive to be comprehensive,objective and accurate.It truly reflects the quality of classroom teaching.From the perspective of student assessment,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of university teachers'teaching quality by principal component analysis,and makes an empirical comparison of the factors,aiming at improving the reliability and validity of student assessment of teaching,and finally achieves the result of promoting teaching by evaluation.
