内容再造与载体重构——青少年思想引领工作的两个关键

On the Reconstructions of Contents and Carriers

青少年是民族的希望所在,青少年工作是有关国家前途命运的重要工作。加强青少年思想引领工作,既是各相关部门(机构)的应然之举,也是顺应时代呼唤的必然之举。青少年思想引领工作应把握两大关键:一是兼顾长远性与实用性、原则性与灵活性、科学性与亲民性,以实现内容再造;二是以课堂载体正面教育、以活动载体实践熏陶、以网络载体综合辐射,最终实现载体重构。

Adolescents are the hope of the nation,and the youth work is critically important for the future of a country.It is inevitable for all the relevant departments to strengthen ideological guidance on young people with the demand of the era.We must grasp the following two keys to conduct ideological guidance on teenagers.First,we should take into account the principles of long-term and practicality,principle and flexibility,as well as science and affinity in order to achieve the goal of the content reconstructions.Second,we should carry out positive education through classroom teaching,realize influence through activities,and integrate education through network,so as to realize the reconstructions of the carriers.
