The growth and development of the Young Pioneers is the touchstone to measure the achievements of moral and intellectual education in primary and middle schools in the new era. Outstanding Young Pioneers, as the most active,influential,and appealing members of the entire organization, play strong leading roles among the Young Pioneers.
