浅析高校教师教学与科研分离现象 被引量:2

摘要 当前,高校教师的教学与科研存在分离现象,具体表现为科研活动的教育性缺失,部分教师认为教学活动与科研无关,教研活动形同虚设。在信息时代,高校教师的信息优势逐渐减弱,此时,教师的优势就在于将科研融入教学,以科研促进教学。因此,高校应建立有利于教学与科研相融合的考核激励机制,加强师德师风的建设,建构学习型组织,以推动教学和科研的有机结合、协调发展。 Nowadays,the phenomenon of college teachers’teaching activities being separated from researching activities is shown in the following aspects,including,there being lack of educational features in researching activities,some teachers thinking teaching irrelevant to researching activities,and researching activities being performed with no practical functions.In information era,college teachers are gradually losing their advantages information,while their advantages lie in merging researching activities with teaching,and making the former promote the latter.Therefore,we should establish assessment and encouragement mechanism based on the combination of teaching and researching activities,strengthen the construction of good morality among the teachers,and develop learning organizations,so as to promote both the organic combination and the harmonious development of teaching activities and researching activities.
