摘要
从油料保障军民融合的宏观层面出发,在有限理性前提下,运用演化博弈理论,从政策设计角度构建油料保障军民融合演化博弈模型,对军队和地方油料系统主体行为进行仿真与分析,从中探寻油料保障军民融合的内在规律;仿真结果表明:通过科学设计宏观政策模式,对油料保障军民融合演化进程的相关参数进行调控,可有效促进军民融合目标的实现。
Started from the macro level of civil-military integration on petrol-oil and lubricants(POL)support,using evolutionary game theory under limited rational conditions,we constructed the evolutionary game model of Civil-military Integration on POL Support from the perspective of policy design,simulated and analyzed the main behavior of military and local oil systems,so as to explore the internal laws of Civil-military Integration on POL Support.The simulation results show that by scientific design of macro-policy model,then controlling the relevant parameters of the evolution process of civil-military integration on POL support,it can effectively promote the realization of the goal of civil-military integration.
