摘要
针对军事物流运输可视化建设需求,研制集成卫星定位技术、地理信息技术、无线通信技术、网络技术于一体的军事物流车载监控系统,将有助于改善部队后勤工作效率,为指挥官及时、准确、透明地提供后勤资源和保障状态信息;梳理了车载监控系统历史与发展,对车载监控系统的工作原理进行了分析阐述,并结合军事物流实际需要、RFID技术发展以及北斗产业推广前景,提出了军队当下研制具有我国特色、自主可控的军事物流车载监控系统的方案思路,对于军事运输实现卫星导航、传感感知、物联可视、远程可控的功能目标,促进军事物流运输信息化发展,具有重要意义。
In order to meet the needs of the visualization construction of military logistics transportation,the development of military logistics vehicle monitoring system which integrated with satellite positioning technology,geographic information technology,wireless communication technology and network technology will help to improve the logistics efficiency of the army,to provide timely,accurate and transparent logistic resources and support status information for commanders.On the basis of combing the history and development of on-board monitoring system,this paper analyzed the working principle of vehicle monitoring system,combined the actual needs of military logistics with the development of RFID technology and the prospect of Beidou industry promotion,and put forward current plans and ideas of developing self-controllable military logistics vehicle monitoring system with Chinese characteristics,all of which are significant to realize the functions of satellite navigation,sensing perception,material visualization and remote control for military transportation,and are of significance to promote the development of the informatization for military logistics transportation.
