教练技术在大学生职业生涯规划课程教学中的应用研究

The application of coaching technology in the teaching of college students' career planning

针对部分大学生职业生涯规划课程存在授课模式较生硬、教学方式较单一、重形式轻内涵、教育方法运用不够合理等问题,文章阐释了教练技术的内涵、特征及教练技术在课程中的应用价值,从基于教练技术的课程体系构建、教练技术的课堂应用等方面提出了教练技术在大学生职业生涯规划课程教学中的应用方法。

College students'career planning course has some problems such as rigid teaching mode,single way of teaching,form-focusing and content-despising and improper use of educational methods.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of coaching technology and its application value in the course.The application of coaching technology in the teaching of college students'career planning is put forward from such aspects as the curriculum system construction based on coaching technology and the class application of coaching technology.
