摘要
以稻壳为原料,以KOH为活化剂,考察了不同活化温度对稻壳活性炭物理结构的影响,并研究了活性炭吸附二氧化碳的能力。结果表明,在碱炭比为1:1、活化温度650℃时制备的活性炭的极微孔孔容比率最高,达0.34;在碱炭比为1:1、活化温度800℃时制备的活性炭的微孔孔容、总孔容最大。稻壳活性炭在0℃、0.1~0.2 bar时吸附CO_2能力主要是由极微孔和窄微孔的数量决定,此时活化温度650℃制备的样品吸附CO_2能力最佳;在0℃、1 bar时,活性炭吸附CO_2能力与活性炭的总孔容成正比关系。
Taking rice husk as raw material and KOH as activation,the effects of activation temperature on the physical structure of activated carbon were studied.When the activation is conducted at 650℃using an alkali/char ratio of 1:1,the highest ultramicropore ratio reached to 34%.Whereas the activation is conducted at 800℃using an alkali/char ratio of 1:1,both the volume of micropores and the total pore volume reach to the maximum number.The CO2 adsorption capacity at 0℃and 0.1 bar is determined by the number of ultramicropore and narrow micropore.Under the condition,the samples prepared at the activation temperature of 650℃have the highest capacity for CO.The total pore volume and the CO2 uptake at 0℃and 0.1 bar are proportional to each other.
