摘要
以嘉兴职业技术学院教学改革为例,在分析了Flash动画制作课程的教学现状和现代学徒制应用现状的基础上,提出了让学生分阶段分层次走进企业的双导师制的现代学徒制的思路,并进行了分析和实践。
This article taking Jiaxing Vocational Technical College as an example,this paper analyzes the teaching situation of Flash animation production course and the application status of modem apprenticeship system,and puts forward the idea of teaching reform of modem apprenticeship system that allows students to enter the enterprise in stages and levels,and carries out practice and analysis.
