摘要
"憨番"一词的闽南俚语本义,特指传统概念中的东西洋外域人,其延伸义是指起源于隋唐佛教寺庙建筑装饰中的西域力士造像;而其另一个意涵,是指明清时期闽南海洋文化交流中的海岛民族及其昆仑奴造像。"憨番扛大杉"则是闽南民众在生活中常用的俚语,描述了闽南区域庙宇建筑装饰特有的多元文化融合现象。这种地域性强、较生活化的非官方语言表述,透露出闽南明清时期海洋文化信息。这种多元文化交融催生出的闽南民间美术传承演变中的异域文化特质,为区域文化研究提供了另一个重要视角。
The original meaning of the word MHan FanM in Minnan slang,especially refers to the traditional concept of the people of outside the East and the West,and the other meaning refers to the island nation and its statue of Kunlun slaves in the exchange of Minnan marine culture in Ming and Qing Dynasties.“Foreign Laborer Holding Palace”is a slang universally used by Minnan people in their daily lives.It describes the unique phenomenon of multi-cultural integration embodied in architectural ornaments.This kind of regional and life-oriented non-official language expression reveals the regions marine culture during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.At the same time9the multi-cultural integration has yielded the exotic cultural characteristic of folk art inheritance and evolution in Minnan region,and has provided a new perspective for regional cultural studies.
