National Institution Spillovers,Whole Industrial Chain Integration and Enterprise Resource Utilization——Sources and Promotion of the International competitive Advantage of Chinese High-Speed Railway Equipment Enterprises

高铁是目前中国高端装备制造业的代表。运用制度主义理论和资源基础理论,揭示出中国高铁装备企业国际竞争优势的3大源泉:国家制度的正向溢出效应、高铁全产业链的整合效应以及企业资源的有效利用。在此基础上,分析了影响中国高铁装备企业国际竞争优势提升的因素,给出了提升中国高铁装备企业国际竞争优势的对策建议。

The high-speed railway is the representative of Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing industry.By using the institutional theory and the resource-based theory,the present paper reveals three sources of the international competitive advantage of Chinese high-speed railway equipment enterprises,the positive spillover effect of the national institution,the whole industrial chain integration effect of the high-speed railway,and the utilization effects of the enterprise resources.On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the international competitive advantage of Chinese high-speed railway equipment enterprises,and finally gives countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the international competitive advantage of Chinese high-speed railway equipment enterprises.
