Four Decades of Triple Industrial Reform in Guizhou:Main Course and Experience

改革开放以来,贵州三次产业发展取得了辉煌成就,社会经济发展发生了翻天覆地的变化。通过梳理三次产业改革主要历程,总结认为贵州三次产业改革与发展有三条经验:一是坚持党的领导,尊重基层和群众的首创精神;二是坚持以经济建设为中心,以开放倒逼改革;三是坚定不移做大做强工业经济,推进三次产业融合发展。

Since the reform and opening up,Guizhou hasachieved brilliant achievements in triple industrial development withtremendous changes in social and economic development.Through analyzing the main process of the three industrial reforms,this paper summarizedthe experience of reform and development inGuizhou as follows:.First,adhere tothe party's leadership and respect the pioneering spirit ofthe grassroots and the people.Second,adhere toeconomic construction as the center,and open to force reform;Third,unswervingly expand and strengthen the industrial economy and promote the integration and development of the three industries.
