长江上游地区创新能力与经济发展耦合协调关系研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Relationship between Innovation Capability and Economic Development in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River

创新是区域经济发展的不竭动力,而区域经济发展是创新的基础。本文采用熵权法确定评价指标体系的权重,得出长江上游地区2006—2016年创新能力与经济发展水平,同时采用耦合协调模型测度了长江上游地区2006—2016年创新能力与经济发展的耦合协调水平。结果表明:长江上游地区整体的创新能力与经济发展的耦合协调水平不断上升,已由轻度失调上升为中级协调;从区域内部来看,重庆市、四川省、云南省、贵州省四个省市的创新能力与经济发展的耦合协调水平也在不断上升,但却明显表现为"两高两低"的不平衡现象。对此建议:在加强云南省与贵州省创新能力与经济发展水平的同时,还应加强四省市之间的创新合作与经济合作,强化重庆市、四川省对云南省和贵州省的带动作用,不断推进长江上游地区协调发展。

Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for regional economic development,and regional economic development lay the roots for regional innovation.In this paper,the weight of the evaluation index system is determined by the entropy-weight method,and the data of the regional innovation capability and regional economic development level is obtained from2006to2016.At the same time,the coupling coordination model is used to measure the coupling and coordination level of innovation capability and economic development in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in this period.The results show that the coupling and coordination level of the innovation capability and economic development in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is rising from mild imbalance to intermediate coordination.From the perspective of the region,the coupling and coordination level of innovation capability and economic development of four regions in Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces is rising,but it obviously demonstrates the imbalance of"two high with two low".This paper suggests that while strengthening the innovation ability and the level of economic development of Yunnan province and Guizhou Province,we should strengthen the innovation cooperation and economic cooperation among the four regions,strengthen the leading role of Chongqing,Sichuan to Yunnan and Guizhou,and continue to promote the coordinated development of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
