摘要
为满足盘磨机出厂前的动平衡测试和运行过程中故障监测的需要,本课题设计了一种以盘磨机为测试对象的基于LabVIEW软件的振动测试平台。该平台以计算机、压电式加速度传感器、恒流适配器和数据采集卡为硬件基础,在LabVIEW软件开发平台上完成了振动测试系统的二次开发,将计算机强大的计算能力和精密仪器硬件的测量能力结合起来,实现了振动信号的采集、处理和分析等功能。本课题在设计的振动测试平台上采用三点加重法对盘磨机进行动平衡测试,测试结果与理论数据一致,这表明该振动测试平台设计的可行性。
In order to meet the needs of dynamic balance testing and fault monitoring during operation of the rotating machinery,a vibration test platform for disc refiner was designed.The test platform used the operation station and the MCC data acquisition card as the hardware basis,completed the secondary development of the test system software on the LabVIEW software development platform.Combining the powerful calculation capacity of operation station and the testing function of the hardware,the function of acquisition,processing and analysis of vibration signals was therefore achieved.The three-point weighting method was adopted to carry out dynamic balance test of the disc refiner.The measured data was consistent with that in theory,which verified the feasibility and practicability of the vibration test platform design.
