摘要
以滑动轴承转子系统为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件建立滑动轴承双盘转子-滑动轴承系统有限元模型,将所得到的单通道信号和全矢谱技术融合后的全矢Hilbert解调信号相比较,并通过实例分析验证,结果表明全矢Hilbert解调信号能够更好的识别滑动轴承转子系统油膜失稳的故障特征,并且该方法有助于降低系统采样难度,该结论为油膜失稳故障提供了新的诊断方法,与传统方法所得结果不同,该方法显示发生油膜振荡时系统半频成分处于一定范围内而非一固定值。
In order to learn the application of full vector spectrum technology on sliding bearing rotor system,establish sliding bearing double disk rotor system finite element mode and compare the single-channel signal with the full vector Hilbert demodulation signal obtained by full vector spectrum technology.After example,the result tells us the full vector Hilbert demodulation signal can much better and more wide range reflecting fault characteristics of sliding bearing double disk rotor system.And it reduces the difficulty of system sampling.It’s a new diagnostic method for oil-film oscillation.Different from what the traditional method tells us,the full vector Hilbert demodulation signal tells us there is a fixed range not a fixed value for Half frequency component when oil-film oscillation.
