摘要 针对待分拣的汽车摇臂零件结构相似、产量大,人工分拣困难,影响产品发货的问题,提出了基于机器视觉检测技术的自动分拣方案,通过识别待拣零件结构特征和编号实现对零件种类的辨识,采用工控机(IPC)和西门子S7-200 Smart PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)组成的主从式控制系统,完成对待拣零件的自动分拣。通过PLC来控制传送带和气动推杆,IPC完成图象处理和人机交互,采用TCP/IP协议实现IPC与PLC间的数据通信。零件类型辨识实验表明融合零件结构特征和编号的识别方法能够准确地识别出待检零件的类型。 Due to the similar structure and large output of automobile rocker arm parts,it is difficult to be sorted manually,which affects the product delivery.An automatic sorting scheme based on machine vision detection technology is proposed.The identification of part type is realized by identifying the structural features and the ID of the part to be sorted.The master and slave control system composed of IPC and S7-200Smart PLC is adopted to complete the automatic sorting of parts.PLC is used to control the conveyor belt and pneumatic push rod.IPC is responsible for image processing and man-machine interaction.TCP/IP protocol is used to realize data communication between IPC and PLC.The experiment results shown that the method of identifying part structure and number can identify the type of part.
