摘要 针对导叶体因外形结构复杂、精度要求高而导致数控编程和加工难度大的特点,合理规划了车削与5轴铣削复合加工的加工工艺,并设计了5轴铣削工装结构。应用UG NX软件对导叶体进行数控编程,并生成了全部刀路轨迹。在Vericut软件中对导叶体NC代码进行了虚拟加工,验证了加工程序的安全可靠性。最后,在DMU65 monoBLOCK 5轴加工中心上对导叶体进行了实际加工,加工过程平稳。经检测,加工完成的导叶体没有出现过切、欠切等现象,加工零件符合精度要求。研究结果为其他同类型复杂零件的编程加工提供了实际参考。 There have some difficulties in NC programming and machining of Guide Vane,due to their complicated structure and high precision requirement.The processing of turning and five-axis milling is planned,and the five-axis milling fixture is designed.NC program of the Guide Vane is conducted in UG NX,NC codes are simulated in Vericut,and the safety and reliability of the processing program is verified.Finally,a Guide Vane is processed in DMU65monoBLOCK five-axis machining center.There are no problems such as interference,overcut and undercut during the machining process,and the machining parts meet the requirements of precision.The result provides reference for other same kinds of complex parts.
