发动机缸体三面镗、铣、攻丝复合加工工艺

摘要 发动机缸体的机械加工及装配精度将直接影响发动机动力及经济性能参数。为有效提高发动机缸体加工效率、精度及合格率,通过对缸体结构、加工尺寸及形位精度要求、加工难点分析,对比了现有加工工艺方案及设备的优劣,确定了采用专用机床进行加工的方案。文章在确定工件加工姿态的基础上,提出了一次装夹,采用三面镗、铣、攻丝复合加工工艺完成所有工序内容的工艺方案。实际生产表明,工件尺寸及形位精度均超过图样要求,单台设备年生产纲领由5万件左右提升至30万件左右,合格率由80%左右提高至99. 9%及以上,达到设计预期指标。 Machining and assembly accuracy of the engine block directly affect the engine power and economic performance parameters.Cylinder structure,processing size,shape and position accuracy requirements and processing difficulties were analyzed.Compared special machine tools program with the existing processing technology and equipment,the program using special machine tools for processing was identified.This special machine tools can effectively improve the engine block processing efficiency,accuracy and pass rate.Based on the determination of the workpiece posture,a process scheme has been proposed,which only need one clamping and complete all the process content using three-sided boring,milling,tapping composite processing technology.The actual production shows that the workpiece size and shape accuracy are more than the pattern requirements.The annual production program of an equipment promoted from about50,000to about300,000.Meanwhile,the pass rate increased from80%to99.9%and above.the expected design targets were achieved.
