摘要
为了对激光熔覆后零件的表面质量进行评定。文章采用红外无损检测技术,通过检测温度变化速率进行激光熔覆零件表面质量直观评价,设计实验模型对实验得到的红外热序图进行图像处理,利用试件上横向和纵向不同位置的温度分布进行表面平整度定性分析,从而得到定性定量分析激光熔覆后试件表面质量的评价方法。
In order to assess the surface quality of laser cladding parts.In this paper,the infrared non-destructive testing technique was used to evaluate the surface quality of the laser cladding parts by measuring the rate of temperature change.The experimental model was designed to process the infrared thermal images.The temperature distributions of the specimens in different positions in the horizontal and vertical directions qualitative analysis of the surface smoothness.Thus,a qualitative and quantitative method for evaluating the surface quality of laser cladding specimens is obtained.
