基于改进的资源紧张度缓冲区设置方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 文章针对项目活动中涉及多种资源的情况,考虑到不同资源类型单价不同,在资源紧张度的基础上进行了改进,进而提出基于改进的资源紧张度,网络复杂度,项目经理风险偏好调整系数等不确定性因素进行缓冲区设置的方法,利用Crystal ball对计划评审技术(PERT),基于资源紧张度等多因素缓冲区的设置和文中方法进行仿真对比分析,验证了文中方法在缩短项目工期方面的有效性。 The project activity involves a variety of resources in this paper,through the different characteristics of different types of resource prices,improved on the basis of resource tightness.In this paper,we set the buffer based on improved resource tightness,activity complexity and project manager's risk appetite adjustment coefficient,and use Crystal Ball to set up PERT,multi-factor buffer based on resource tension and the method of this paper The comparative analysis shows that the proposed method is effective in shortening the project duration.
