摘要
现代学徒制既是一种职业教育的育人形式,也是一种企业人才的培养模式。高职旅游管理专业一直在积极探索现代学徒制在人才培养模式中的应用,取得了一定的成效。只有明确了现代学徒制与传统学徒制的区别,总结其人才培养的特点,才能更好地将其应用于我国的旅游职业教育。本文对现代学徒制实施过程中出现的一些问题,提出有针对性的优化建议。
Modern apprenticeship is not only a form of vocational education,but also a talents training mode for enterprise.Educators of tourism management in higher vocational college had been actively exploring the application of modern apprenticeship in the talent training mode and achieved certain results.Only by clarifying the difference between the modern apprenticeship system and the traditional apprenticeship system,and summarizing the characteristics of its personnel training,can it be better applied to China's tourism vocational education.In view of problems in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,this paper puts forward some pertinent optimization suggestions.
