新时期高职院校养成教育的问题及对策——以郑州铁路职业技术学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Formative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period——Taking Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an Example

养成教育对强化德育功能、巩固德育成果、培育"四有"新人具有重要意义。目前,高职院校学生养成教育还存在着一些问题,主要体现为重智育轻德育、时代性不强、知行背离。高职院校通过开设特色思政实践课、成立大学生仪仗队、组建军训教导团、实行半军事化管理,能不断促进大学生养成教育、提高大学生思想道德素质。

Formative education is of great significance to strengthen the function of moral education and cultivate well-rounded talents in the new era.At present there are still some problems in formative education in higher vocational colleges,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:emphasizing intellectual education but neglecting moral education,being out of times,and departing from knowledge and practice.By offering characteristic ideological and political practice courses,setting up honor guards for college students,organizing military training groups,and implementing semi-military management,higher vocational colleges can continuously promote formative education among students and improve their ideological and moral qualities.
