针对工学结合视域下高职英语教师专业化发展存在的问题,要更新英语教师的教学观念,制定科学的英语专业化标准,提升英语教师的信息技术应用水平,创建校企合作实训基地,建设双师型英语教师队伍,拓宽英语教师的专业化视野,以促进英语教师的专业化发展,提升英语教师队伍的整体素质。

In view of the problems existing in the professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of work-learning integration,it is necessary to renew the teaching concept of English teachers,formulate scientific standards for English professionalization,improve the IT application skills of English teachers,establish school-enterprise cooperative training base,build double-qualified faculty,and broaden their professional vision,so as to promote the professional development of English teachers and improve the overall quality of them.
