在"一带一路""互联网+"的经济发展新时代,社会提供了大量的新兴行业就业岗位,然而大学生并没有很快适应新时代的要求,不能胜任岗位,就业困难。在这种情况下,高校对学生的培养,除了专业能力外,更应该培养大学生解决问题的方法能力和社会适应能力。只有这样,才能使学生适应瞬息万变的社会需求,更快地适应岗位,发挥个人价值,为社会创造财富。

With the development of"the belt and road initiative"and"Internet+"economy,the society has provided a large number of jobs in emerging industries.However,college students cannot quickly adapt to the requirements of the new era.Therefore except professional skills,colleges should also attach importance to the development of students’method ability and social ability.Only in this way can students adapt to the rapidly changing social needs and create wealth for society in the proper position.
