下党乡旅游扶贫现状、问题和对策研究

Research on Poverty Alleviation through Tourism in Xiadang Town: Status,Problems and Countermeasures

通过实际调研,分析精准扶贫背景下福建省宁德市寿宁县下党乡下党村旅游扶贫现状。发现问题:旅游扶贫取得一定成效,仍需加强改善;村民文化水平和业务能力有限,参与程度不高;扶贫资金公开程度不高,沟通机制不畅。提出对策:丰富旅游产品,完善基础设施,夯实旅游扶贫基础;增加参与机会,提高服务水平,拓展创收广度深度;畅通沟通机制,敢于挺纪亮剑,加强扶贫资金监管。

Through actual investigation,this paper analyzed the current situation of poverty alleviation through tourism in Xiadang Village of Fujian Province.Problems:poverty alleviation through tourism has achieved some results,but still needs to be improved;due to limited education level and professional ability,villagers'participation is not high;poverty alleviation funds are not publicly available and communication mechanisms are not smooth.Countermeasures:enriching tourism products,improving infrastructure,consolidating the foundation of poverty alleviation through tourism;increasing villagers’opportunities for participation,improving service level,broadening the revenue sources;smoothing communication mechanism,and enforcing supervision of poverty alleviation funds.
