摘要
"95后"群体的就业观念正随着时代的发展发生变化。针对毕业生"慢就业"现象,用人单位要适时调整招聘计划,毕业生要有清晰的职业生涯规划,高校要根据市场需求及时调整人才培养计划,从而实现用人单位、毕业生、高校三者共赢。
The employment concept of post-95group is changing with the development of times.In view of the phenomenon of"delayed employment"of graduates,employers should duly adjust recruitment plans,and graduates should have a clear career plan.Moreover universities should timely adjust talents training plans according to market demand,so as to achieve win-win situation among the three sides.
