东亚地区高考英语听说测试的现状分析与改进措施

Analysis on English Listening and Speaking Tests in College Entrance Examination in East Asia

摘要 东亚地区具有相似的英语教育环境和考试政策,部分地区英语教学仍存在“轻听说、重读写”的现象,这在高考中亦有所体现。本文从听力和口语测试两个方面分析了当前中国(大陆、港澳台)、日本和韩国高考英语听说试题的设置、组织、内容与题型等情况,并介绍了近年来相关改革进展及其存在的问题。根据分析,笔者提出了加强听说测试、相互学习借鉴、科学设计试题、合理规划改革、因地制宜推进,变革教学模式等建议,这为提高东亚地区高考英语测试效度和学生英语综合运用能力提供了启示。 East Asia has similar English language education environment and examination policy.Listening and speaking have been long neglected in English teaching in some East Asian areas.This paper compares the English listening and speaking tests in College Entrance Examination in China,Japan and South Korea in terms of their exam designing,organization,test question content and type.Meanwhile,it analyzes the progress and existing problems of the English exam reform in recent years.According to the analysis,the author proposes to enhance the listening and speaking test by designing the test scientifically and planning the reform reasonably.To be specific,the English listening and speaking test reform should based on local context and teaching mode change.All these suggestions offer implications for improving the validity of the College Entrance English Examination and students'comprehensive English language skills in East Asia.
